10′ x 10′ Booth = $1,400
10′ x 20′ = $2,600

10′ x 10′ space includes ID sign plus 8′ back and 3′ side drape, (2) tickets to our exhibitors “Welcome Back” Reception and a continental breakfast every morning of the Expo, we are offering free Wi-Fi in the exhibit hall. Tables, carpet, chairs, electricity etc. are not included.

How to reserve a booth
Booths can be reserved by emailing or Faxing a completed contract along with a required deposit of $700 per 10′ x 10’. Phone calls are welcomed to reserve a space but we will need a credit card number to hold your booth(s). Remaining balances will be due by November 1, 2016. Full payment is due with your contract if you reserve a booth after November 1, 2016.
