JP Display Convention Services is the Official Service Contractor for the Western Hunting & Conservation Expo to be held February 13-16, 2025, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City. A link and password to your Online Service Kit will be emailed to your company’s exhibiting representative to assist in placing additional furnishings, accessories, anticipated material handling, and other services needed for your exhibit. We look forward to serving you.

EXHIBITOR WAITING LIST:
Exhibit space at the 2025 Western Hunting and Conservation Expo will sell out. If you would like to be placed on our exhibitor waiting list, please complete our Waiting List form.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF SPACE:
No Exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or share the whole or any part of the space assigned. No exhibitor is permitted to show goods or services other than those manufactured or dealt in by him in his regular course or business. Products displayed must be in production and reasonably available to the public. Displays shall not be placed in such a manner as to interfere with other exhibitors. Each Exhibiting Company may only occupy one area of the exhibit hall.

FOOD & BEVERAGE RESTRICTIONS:
All food and beverage being sampled, sold, or given away requires approval by Expo Management and Sodexo Live (the Salt Palace Convention Center’s official Catering Service) no less than 30 days prior to the event. Contact Katie Gourdin for the form. Expo Management reserves the right to ask that such business be ceased if a violation occurs.

FUNDRAISING:
There can be no fundraising activities (ie: raffles) allowed in any booths without explicit approval from WHCE at least 30 days in advanced of Expo.

SPONSORSHIPS:
The Expo offers many advertising, branding and sponsorship opportunities that may fit your company’s needs to gain exposure beyond your booth. For opportunities and details email info@huntexpo.com.

TAXIDERMY DISPLAY:
If you would like to display some of your taxidermy in the Exhibit Hall with a sign listing your company name and booth #, please contact Dave Anderson at 801-319-7750.
