If you exhibited at our show in 2020 and have completed your 2021 Booth Application including submission of your down payment, then your booth space has been reserved for 2021.
2021 Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

If for circumstances beyond our control, the Expo management is forced to cancel the 2021 Expo, the exhibitor will have the choice of the following options:
- Request to roll forward any deposits made for the 2021 Expo to the 2022 Expo. This request will guarantee booth placement in the 2022 Expo.
- Request a full refund.
If the 2021 Expo opens as planned and the exhibitor needs to cancel for any reason, the exhibitor must contact the Expo management in writing no later than November 1, 2020 in order to receive a full refund. A $100 administration fee will be deducted prior to issuing a refund.
If the Expo opens as planned and the exhibitor needs to cancel for any reason, after November 1, 2020 and before January 1, 2021, the exhibitor must contact Expo management in writing no later than December 31, 2020. The exhibitor will be given the choice of receiving a 50% refund of deposits paid, or rolling forward deposits paid to the 2022 Expo.
If the 2021 Expo opens as planned and the exhibitor needs to cancel for any reason after January 1, 2021, all deposits will be forfeited.
